Its not the first time that humanity has faced a pandemic.
It is a fact that in recent weeks, the word coronavirus and covid-19 has come into our minds for good.
Our daily lives, routine and schedule have changed violently. Look… such a small word how much power had.
And we, the elders, all those days who stayed isolated at home, managed to find some pieces of our lost innocence and humanity.
Social media has given us the courage talk to our friends and family. They were also isolated in their homes, and even if they lived two blocks away from us, we could not meet them. They were afraid of the next day like us.
Lack of noise, lack of images, lack of people. Lack of life. Everything was cloudy for all of us.
Now that this story seems to be over, let not lose this humanity that we were looking for so deeply and everyday life made us forget. Let not need a pandemic again to remind us that above all,we are human beings and life is so beautiful.
Because if we have learned something from what we have experienced, it is that our freedom is not given.
